Sopranos ENDS after 86 episodes!

The real Tony Awards were in New Jersey last night, as the Soprano family gathered in a diner. There were all sorts of suspicious characters around. What was going to happen? The tension was insurmountable. And then ... as Meadow ran into the joint to join Tony, Carmela and A.J. ... nothing. A black, blank screen.

Several seconds of silence. What, did the signal cut out?
And then ... closing credits. So let's get this straight ... no one woke up and got themselves a gun? After eight-and-a-half years, six "seasons" (remember when a TV "season" related to the four seasons?) and 86 episodes, The Sopranos signed off last night with an installment titled Made in America.

Well ... uh ... who the hell knows? Perhaps the best way to end a series is not to end it. In any event, Tony didn't die, as far as we know, which leaves the door open for a possible picking-up of this saga down the road. Artistically, that last scene was really, really cool. Nice spooky work by creator David Chase. But for sure, some people are going to feel very ripped off.

I did not really like the ending, they leave it open to make a movie.....

Did Timberlake Sing Sarcastically About Sad Spears?

Apparently during Justin Timberlake's recent performance in Switzerland, he changed the lyrics to Amy Winehouse’s hit “Rehab” to make it all in into a first-person tense:
"They tried to make her go to rehab and she said no no no," he sang.
The pop prince later grooved away to Gnarles Barkley’s “Crazy”, but once again warped the words:
"I think she's crazy... I remember when, I remember when she lost her mind."

Paris talks to Barbara Walters from PRISON

June 11, 2007 -- Paris Hilton had a chat with ABC's Barbara Walters Sunday. The celebu-con used the call to talk about her state of mind, what it's like in prison and how her stay in the clink has changed her.
Hilton said jail and the furor surrounding her sentence has made her realize her old ways no longer work.
"I used to act dumb," she told Walters, according to an ABC News story. "That act is no longer cute. Now, I would like to make a difference. ... God has given me this new chance."
The unusual jailhouse call happened when Kathy Hilton, Paris' mom, received a call from Paris while on the phone with Walters. Paris asked to speak with Walters, who accepted the collect call. All prisoners are required to call collect.
Hilton told Walters that her three days in jail were "terrible." The oft-pampered Paris cried when she was handcuffed and transported back to jail from her Hollywood Hills home.
"I was not eating or sleeping," she told Walters. "I was severely depressed and felt as if I was in a cage. It was a horrible experience."
Nicky Hilton, after paying her older sister a visit on Sunday, said the jailed debutante was "being strong." Reports, however, have described Paris crying foul at all hours of the day and night.

Prince Harry was reportedly smitten by a busty bartender, at a Canadian nightclub, Calgary's Cowboy club, which he visited recently.

Twenty-two-year old Cherie Nicole Cymbalisty attended to the Prince and served him shots and beers till 2 in the morning. Cymbalisty dubbed the royal 'the real Prince Charming', and said that he was 'polite and nice' to her."It was hot. He is the real Prince Charming - he's very polite and nice," the Sun quoted her, as saying. A source said that the club pays for its girl staff to get their boobs done to a D cup."Cowboys is famous for large-breasted girls, many of whom go under the knife for free," the source said. "Harry was a perfect gent but he couldn't take his eyes off Cherie. Cherie has plenty to offer in that department - I don't think hers are false," the source added.One clubber, Serena O'Reilly said that it was a Ladies Night and the prince did not look lonely at all."He was really getting down. It was Ladies' Night and all the ladies thought it WAS their night when he showed up. He didn't look too lonesome," she said.
