A South African man, Joseph Mabuza, was arrested for driving his Jaguar at 231km/h early Wednesday morning.
The 40 year old has been charged for reckless and negligent driving reports News24."The speed camera clocked him at the speed and then officers flagged him. He only stopped a few metres after the camera," spokesperson for the Mpumalanga department of community safety Joseph Mabuza said.
