The United States elected Donald Trump as its 45th President after winning a majority of the electoral college vote on November 9, 2016. He fell short of popular vote by as much as 2 million votes. Here are 17 facts you should Know about him: .'
1- Born in New York City on June 14, 1946, he received a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Wharton School , University of Pennysylvania in 1968. At age 70, he will be the oldest President ever sworn into office.
2- He is the second youngest child of five of his four siblings, which are: Maryanne, Elizabeth, Robert and his elder brother, Fred Jr who died in 1981 from alcoholism.
3- He is of German ancestry on his father's side and Scottish ancestry on his mother's side; all four of his grandparents were born in Europe.
