SCREAMING & KICKING PARIS ORDERED BACK TO JAIL!!!!!

Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "It's not FAIR, "Mom, Mom, Mom." One witness described the scene as being being "physically dragged" out of the courtroom by a female deputy. Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Rick is still in the courtroom.
A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.
The judge has just addressed the court and said, "I don't know why the defendant couldn't be treated at Lynwood, because they have a great medical facility."
Judge Michael Sauer said that before Paris was released, he was contacted by the Sheriff and told they would file a motion to place Paris under house arrest. The judge said the motion was never filed, and added, "There's no way I would have approved it even if I got the motion."The prosecutor, Dan Jeffries, who is also pissed at the Sheriff, accused the Sheriff of "assuming all three roles of the criminal justice system," claiming "Sheriff Lee Baca is interpreting the law all by himself."
UPDATE: It is possible Paris will spend the weekend in a medical ward at the jail facility where she surrendered Sunday night, referred to as Twin Towers.We're told the plans will firm up within an hour. While she is there this weekend, her lawyer will file an appeal, called a writ of habeas corpus, which means, essentially, the body is being held illegally. Give me a break why doesn't she just serve the time and shut her mouth!!!!!

As far as I am concerned this is the action of a spoiled little girl who did not get her way and now she is upset. The equivelent to the two year old having a temper tantrum. Hilton avoided the media frenzy at the court when Sheriffs used a private, covered entrance to escort her into the courtroom.Kathy and Rick Hilton have just entered the building as well.
Apparently, the reason Paris Hilton stayed at home while the lawyers and judge sat in court is because the Sheriff's Department refused to pick her up.Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Sheriff's position is that the judge does not have the power to order her to court. The Sheriffs believe they have sole jurisdiction to monitor and control Hilton while she is under house arrest.The Sheriff's Department says they are the only ones authorized to take her anywhere. Thus, the standoff in court.
