Shocking: 16-Year-Old Girl Beg ‘R*pist’ To Have Cex With Her & Was Mad @ Him For Using Condom

Shocking: 16-Year-Old Girl Beg ‘R*pist’ To Have Cex With Her & Was Mad @ Him For Using Condom

A young man who was dragged before the law after being accused of raping a young girl has described what really happened.

A Zimbabwean man who was branded a “rapist” and dragged to court, has been acquitted.

The man was acquitted of r*ping his “under-age” girlfriend when it was proved in court that she is much older and had actually tricked him to have s*x with her.

According to ZimNews, the man identified as Methuseli Ncube, (30), had pleaded not guilty to a r*pe charge and told the court that he was in a relationship with Simangaliso Nkala.

“She insisted that we have s*x. She told me that she was 16 years old. I suggested that we wait till she turned 18 but she laughed at me saying I’m not a real man. I’m the only one who sees her as an underage girl. She said she had slept with men before.” said Ncube.

He added that he finally gave in to her taunts and slept with her in August last year while he was accompanying her to her grandmother’s home.

“She sent two children to fetch me. On our way she said she was tired and wanted to rest. She suggested that we sit behind a rock. That was when we slept together. I realised that she was not a virgin. I used a condom but she mocked me for doing so,” he said.

Bulawayo Regional Magistrate Mrs Sibongile Msipa-Marondedze acquitted Ncube after Nkala also testified that she and her alleged rapist were lovers.

Nkala said she had consented to having sexual intercourse with Ncube, ZimNews reports.

Ghen Ghen!!! UNIOSUN Set To Strictly Flush Out 4,000 Students Who Invested Their School Fee In MMM

Ghen Ghen!!! UNIOSUN Set To Strictly Flush Out 4,000 Students Who Invested Their School Fee In MMM

Management of the University of Osun, UNIOSUN, has threatened to expel over 4,000 students for allegedly using their school fees to “invest” in popular Ponzi scheme, Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox, MMM and other purpose.

A statement issued by the acting registrar of the institution, Gafar Shitu disclosed that the affected students are owing fees amounting to over N2bn.

According to the statement, “Over 4000 students of Osun State University may lose their studentship for failing to pay their school fees before the expiration of February 28, 2017, deadline set by the university management.

“No fewer than 400 parents/guardians of the defaulting students have called the University help lines to report that they had long given money to their children/wards

“The university Senate at its meeting of January 26, 2017, after observing that a large number of students had refused to turn up in spite of ceaseless appeals, decided that the students’ portal be reopened longer into the 12th week of resumption against the four weeks stipulated in the University regulations.

“The decision of the University Senate, which was adequately communicated to all the students on February 2, 2017, was to afford more students the opportunity to pay their fees with effect from 17th to 24th February 2017, a date which was later extended until February 28, 2017.

“On 16 February 2017, some students embarked on a protest against the enforcement of extant rules and regulations regarding fee payment and registration.

“Investigations show that over 90 percent of the protesters had not registered for between two and 11 semesters, and were thus using the stipulated late registration penalty of N10, 000 as a smokescreen for their years of defaulting in fee payment and registration.”
