A man that Belgian authorities had flagged to France over possible involvement in the Champs-Elysees shooting attack on Thursday turned himself in to Belgian police, Reuters reported, citing news agency Belga on Friday.
The second man had been identified by Belgian security officials and brought to the attention of French authorities.
"The man in the wanted notice issued by Belgian authorities presented himself to a police station in Antwerp," said ministry spokesman Pierre- Henry Brandet.
French police have taken three family members of the gunman killed into custody on Thursday, Reuters reported, citing legal sources.
A French police officer was shot dead and two others were wounded in a Paris shooting on Thursday night, which has been claimed by ISIL. The gunman was shot dead by security forces at the scene.
